A printed copy will be included in your conference bag and so you do not need to print this out prior to the conference.

To fit the booklet layout and print requirements some slight page resizing was necessary. This has meant a slight change in layout in a small number of cases (e.g., title spills over to extra line) from the original compiled single pdf file you may have received for review after submission.
